    For this reason, all our garments are classified as intimate wear.

    🚫 Non-Returnable Items

    • Items that have been worn, used, or tried on without underwear

    • Items with removed or damaged tags

    • Items that show any signs of wear, marks, or odors

    Once the tag has been removed, the item is considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

    🔄 Exchanges

    We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

    • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

    • All tags are attached

    • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
